    Hi, I’m thirteen …
Hi, I’m thirteen and a bit worried. When I jump or run the left side of my upper back hurts (kinda like a jolt) and when I breathe in deeply (like really deep) its like my left side, not my chest or back, seems to make me jolt to the left. I feel perfectly fine in general (no nausea or stuff) so is this just something up with my muscle or more? It started to happen after I did sprinting in Physical Education at school, the teacher forgot to make us stretch as well.
