You have most likely heard the old adage “sugar and spice and everything nice”. But that is plainly not true. So what precisely is the humane body made of?
The humane body is made of fat, water, protein, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals. When you step on a scale, on intermediate 60 percent of your body’s weight is water, 20 percent is body fat (slightly lower portion for a man) and 20 percent is a combining of protein, carbohydrates, minerals, vitamins and other naturally formulated biochemicals. A very easy way to do not forget this formula is to think of it as the “60-20-20″ rule. 60 percent water, 20 percent fat, 20 percent protein and other nutrients.
Based on the above body percentages, you may in a rational manner suppose that the intermediate 140 pound person’s body weight would consist of in regards to 84 pounds of water, 28 pounds of body fat and 28 pounds of protein, minerals, carbohydrates and vitamins. However these numbers are not a perfective formula and may vary from person to person. For instance, a older person would in general have less muscle and more fat than a younger person.
There are deviations among men’s and women’s body compositions. More of a women’s body weight will come from fat and more of a man’s body weight will come from protein and calcium. For a man, protein crammed muscles and solid homogeneous inorgani substance crammed bones have denser tissue than fat. When you compare the weight of a man and women who are roughly the same size and height, the man is likely to weigh more each and each time.

REVIEW PENDING CORRECTIVE ACTION BY SELLER By Benedict Rocks This would be a gorgeous product if it were shipped properly. Unfortunately, the laminated chart that we received was badly damaged and can’t be repaired. The packaging we received was VERY ill-suited to the product. The chart was rolled in a 24″ x 5″ x 5″ light-weight, square-sided, cardboard box. This is a VERY weak geometric shape and a structure that is closely guaranteed to be crushed in shipment as it is fundamentally a light-weight box of air surrounded by paper being shipped in a truck filled with heavy boxes weighing up to 150 pounds. This is precisely what happened, the box was crushed and the quality chart which we salaried for was turned into garbage. We’ve asked the vendor to switch their shipping protocol to structurally more inviolable tubes and ship a replacement. We’ll update this review after receiving feedback from the seller.
